The varietals we select to cultivate are chosen from varieties of world fame to local land races.  We select varieties that do well in our native soil and connected-to-nature practices.  We crack seeds in early Frbruary.  As they progress, the plants get the breakfast-lunch-dinner treatment as described in John Jeavons‘ book, “How To Grow More Vegetables…” .
